Prior to joining Unum, Sekharan was a management consultant with McKinsey & Company and Booz & Company, serving C-suite leaders on strategic areas in the financial services and medical insurance verticals. Shaun LaJeunesse drives the strategic vision for new enhancements and expansion of Unum's HR Connect portfolio, guiding investments that improve user experience and operational execution.
