Head of Digital Strategy and Digital Incubator, Unum

Preetha Sekharan is Head of Digital Strategy and the Digital Incubator at Unum. She leads a team of digital strategists and technologists that incubate new digital business ideas and experiment with emerging technologies to assess how they can be applied and scaled across the organization. Prior to joining Unum, Sekharan was a management consultant with McKinsey & Company and Booz & Company, serving C-suite leaders on strategic areas in the financial services and medical insurance verticals. She brings extensive experience in large-scale business and technology transformations — and holds an MBA from Duke University and a Bachelor of Engineering from National Institute of Technology, India.

Vice President, HR Connect Integrations — Unum Group

Shaun LaJeunesse drives the strategic vision for new enhancements and expansion of Unum's HR Connect portfolio, guiding investments that improve user experience and operational execution. In this role, Shaun interacts with customers and field sales to understand where Unum can help apply technology solutions to solve HR's greatest pain points and inefficiencies. Prior to joining Unum, LaJeunesse was an Associate Partner at IBM Global Business Services where he was responsible for aligning technology strategy for IBM's Global Talent and Transformation consulting and outsourcing practice.
