Rosaria joined UKG in June 2022, with responsibility for providing leadership to align the global total rewards strategy with UKG's business strategy and Employee Value Proposition. The goal: create scalable programs that are market-forward, cost-efficient, and reflect the needs of a diverse workforce. Rosaria's career journey has included companies like Procore Technologies, ViacomCBS/Viacom and Deloitte Consulting. She has described her early career as "playing an actuary on TV," as her work evolved from calculating liabilities for retirement plans to leading the total rewards function. In her downtime, Rosaria enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, reading a great book and crocheting.

Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer, IDEXX

Michael P. Johnson, SVP and CHRO, joined IDEXX in March of 2022 and leads worldwide human resources. Prior to joining IDEXX, he began his career in 1999 at Abbott Laboratories, Inc., where he held various human resources positions of increasing seniority, including serving as Divisional Vice President of Diversity and Inclusion, Divisional Vice President, Human Resources, for Abbott Diabetes Care and for Abbott Medical Optics, as well as Regional Human Resources Director for a variety of international operations in Asia and Europe. Michael holds an undergraduate degree in Organizational Administration from the University of Illinois and resides in Falmouth, Maine with his wife and two children.

Polly Nicholas is the Senior Vice President and Head of Solutions at Unum Group. With more than 20 years of experience driving growth and operational improvement and a passion for connecting people, purpose and results, Polly leads Unum's rapidly expanding solutions businesses, attracting new clients and expanding the support provided through a suite of technology-first solutions including Unum Total Leave, Unum Behavioral Health and Unum HR Connect. Prior to Unum, Polly held leadership roles at global firms Alight Solutions and Aon Hewitt.
