Unum Poland Recognized as Best Employer

WARSAW, Poland (January 24, 2022) - Kincentric Best Employers (previously known as Aon Best Employers) is a globally recognized program that has been running for 20 years. The program identifies companies that create the most engaging workplaces, and the Best Employers title is awarded based on employee survey results.

“We are extremely proud to be named Kincentric Best Employer. This award motivates us to continue building a caring and friendly environment for our employees and associates, who have ample opportunities for development in a workplace where they feel respected, safe and inspired to aim high,” said Aneta Podyma-Milczarek, Unum Poland President of the Board.

This is the fourth year Unum has been on that list with high scores in employee engagement, profound agility, engaging leadership and talent focus.

“According to our employees and associates, we earned particularly high scores in categories such as quality of leadership, teamwork and diversity, which is embedded in our corporate culture. This makes us proud and confident that we have created a workplace where people feel respected and inspired to grow,” addedMichał Płaczkiewicz, Unum Poland HR and Corporate Communications Director.

Companies named Kincentric Best Employers know how to build a competitive advantage regardless of potential barriers, including company size, geographic dispersion and industry characteristics. These companies also know how to harness employee engagement for business success.

“It is not an easy task to earn the title of Kincentric Best Employers for several years in a row, it requires exceptional consistency in building a very positive work environment. Unum Poland has demonstrated it is possible to mobilize a team with a very high level of engagement despite all the challenges related to the pandemic and a tough job market,” said Michał Dzieciątko, Principal Consultant for Kincentric in Poland.
