When you identify an employee that needs to provide EOI, you send them a link and access code.
Unique access codes can be created quickly, and once they're set up, they'll work for all your employees that need to provide EOI.

Mention that you're ready to move to online EOI, and our team will provide you with your link and access codes.
If you work with a technology partner that supports your benefits enrollment, they can embed the link and access code within the enrollment platform. When the platform recognizes that the employee needs to provide EOI, it can display the link and access code to the employee.
Alternatively, you can provide the link and code to employees that need to provide EOI as part of the benefits enrollment. The link and access codes can be added to your company's intranet, provided in benefits information packets or emailed directly to employees that need to provide EOI.
Once your employee has the link and access code, they'll access our online EOI website. They'll then enter information for themselves and/or any dependents that need to provide EOI. The site will guide them to answer only the medical questions required for their coverage request. This process takes a few minutes on average. In most cases, they'll get a coverage decision as soon as they submit their EOI.
