Program Details
A four-year rotational leadership development program designed to give participants experience in a wide variety of job roles across our enterprise. Each PDP experience is unique, allowing the flexibility to pursue individual interests, develop strengths, and prepare for a successful leadership career.
BUSINESS AREA ROTATIONS
The program consists of 3-4 cross-functional job rotations over the course of about 4 years. Job rotation assignments may vary from 12-18 months depending on the role, complexity and business needs.
Business area rotations may include:
- Claims Management
- Underwriting
- Client Management
- IT
- Finance
- Marketing
At least one job rotation will be outside of your primary location. Work locations may include Chattanooga, TN; Portland, ME; Columbia, SC; Worcester, MA; Glendale, CA; and Dorking, United Kingdom.
PERSONAL LEADERSHIP LEVEL MENTOR
You will be matched with a personal mentor from our leadership team to guide you for the duration of the program, supporting your individualized growth and development.
TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT
Additionally, the program includes hands-on training and development including classroom time, self-study, field visits, team partnerships and project-based work.
FEEDBACK AND ASSESSMENT
Participants will provide feedback and recommendations on process improvements and policies to the business areas as they move through the program.
