Program Details
A multi-year rotational program that allows for the development and application of key actuarial skills while providing comprehensive exam support, resulting in placement as a successful Actuary in our growing global business.
BUSINESS AREA ROTATIONS
Each rotation may be 18-24 months depending on the role, complexity and business need. Participants will gain exposure to a variety of business functions, actuarial functions and management teams in order to promote the development of targeted business skills throughout the early phase of their actuarial careers.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and analyze data for use in actuarial experience studies, valuation or pricing projects
- Assist in maintenance of pricing and underwriting tools
- Develop reserve factors
- Develop performance analysis reviews
- Assist in maintaining valuation system
- Assist in preparation of financial reports and tax returns
- Provide support for underwriting case specific questions
- Learn current pricing models and risk management practices
- Contribute to product development and re-pricing initiatives
- Assist in preparation of state filings as needed
- Communicate research results to manager both in written format and verbally
- Prepare routine reports
- Pursue membership in the Society of Actuaries through the examination process
- May perform other duties as assigned
