Preetha Sekharan is Head of Digital Strategy and the Digital Incubator at Unum. She leads a team of digital strategists and technologists that incubate new digital business ideas and experiment with emerging technologies to assess how they can be applied and scaled across the organization. Prior to joining Unum, Sekharan was a management consultant with McKinsey & Company and Booz & Company, serving C-suite leaders on strategic areas in the financial services and medical insurance verticals. She brings extensive experience in large-scale business and technology transformations — and holds an MBA from Duke University and a Bachelor of Engineering from National Institute of Technology, India.
