Based on market trends and local data, our salaries are competitive. We reward beyond the bi-weekly paycheck, too, through ongoing recognition programs and conferences and an annual bonus incentive plan.
We all need to recharge. Employees start with 17 paid days off, plus extra days for holidays. Paid time off increases based on tenure to 30 days, plus holidays. New parents – mothers and fathers – also have access to six weeks of paid parental leave.
We know the value of lifelong learning. To support professional development, eligible employees can be reimbursed up to $5,250 per year for qualified education expenses. Part-time employees may receive up to $1,500.
There are multiple options for health benefits, including medical, dental, vision and prescription drug plans. Retirement may be a long way off, but the planning and saving should start early. Our 401(k) match program is dollar for dollar for 5% of base salary. On top of that, the company makes a defined contribution of 4.5%. Fidelity and Ameriprise are partners for financial education and investment tools.
