Brokers receive a customized enrollment kit with benefit information and all state-required forms.
Employees perform self-serve enrollment at a group meeting (like traditional group benefits). This way, the enrollment process can be completed without onsite interruptions, pending applications, or other challenges.
Paper election forms are personalized, bar-coded and pre-filled — and there’s also an online option. There's no need to tailor forms.
