Unum offers a Disease Management program in cooperation with Matria Healthcare. This can help lower healthcare costs, improve productivity and reduce lost time, by harnessing the expertise of two industry leaders.

This program is available to new or existing Unum group disability customers with at least 5,000 covered employees. The basic program addresses congestive heart failure, diabetes, coronary artery disease, asthma, low back pain and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Additional services are available for cancer, depression and high-risk maternity.
