ACCELERATED LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

Develop your management and leadership skills while accelerating broad business acumen across multiple core business areas.

Program Details

A high visibility, 18-month rotational leadership program that provides the best and brightest military officers and mid-career professionals an unparalleled opportunity to expand their industry knowledge and hone their skills through career exploration and ongoing senior leadership coaching and support.

BUSINESS AREA ROTATIONS

Complete 3 functional job rotations over the course of an 18-month timeframe. Job rotation assignments will be 6 months in duration.

Participants will manage an important aspect of the business related to their assignment in each rotation.

Business area rotations may include:

  • Claims Management
  • Underwriting
  • Client Management
  • IT
  • Finance
  • Marketing

Work locations may include Chattanooga, TN; Portland, ME; Columbia, SC; Worcester, MA; Glendale, CA; and Dorking, United Kingdom.

PERSONAL LEADERSHIP LEVEL MENTOR

You will be matched with a personal mentor from our leadership team to guide you for the duration of the program, supporting your individualized growth and development.

TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT

Additionally, the program includes hands-on training and development including classroom time, self-study, field visits, team partnerships and project-based work.

FEEDBACK AND ASSESSMENT

Participants will provide feedback and recommendations on process improvements and policies to the business areas as they move through the program.
