If your plan meets eligibility requirements, this material will be sent to the Broker or Plan Administrator on record using first class mail. Materials will not be sent via fax, e-mail, or overnight mail. You should expect receipt within 5-7 business days. If you have multiple Unum group policies and would like a copy of your contract for each policy, a separate request is needed for each policy.
