Since 2002, Unum has teamed up with the Disability Management Employer Coalition (DMEC).* The DMEC Virtual Education Forum (VEF), sponsored by Unum, is a series of web-based sessions where employers and service providers share their knowledge and first-hand experience in developing and running a successful disability and absence management program. The VEF series is positioned for prospects, customers, brokers and consultants in the larger employer market (2000+). Virtual Education Forum sessions are held on Tuesdays at 12:00 p.m. ET / 9:00 a.m. PT. There is no charge for these sessions for DMEC members or Unum guests (employers, benefit consultants). If you are not a member of DMEC, you and your clients may register as a “non-member” and enter the appropriate Unum promotional code to have the regular $8.95 fee waived. (Note: The Unum promotional code changes each month–e.g., UnumFeb14, UnumApr14, UnumJun14, UnumSep14 etc).
For more information on a specific VEF date/event and to register for a session, please visit the DMEC Virtual Education website. For questions on registration, please contact DMEC technical assistance at email@example.com or call 800.789.3632.
