Once a disability benefits specialist is assigned to handle your needs, you will hear from them within five days.
Long term care:
Once we receive a claim, we will send written acknowledgement within three business days.
For most voluntary benefits claims, decisions can be made within five business days of receipt of the completed claim.
Most claims are paid within five business days of our receiving appropriate documentation.
Cancer, critical illness or MedSupport:
Once we receive your completed claim form, a voluntary benefit specialist will personally handle your needs.
