What is your expectation of the PDPs?
PDP's learn a great deal about the company and the way we serve our customers in each rotation. Each rotation offers the PDP associate the opportunity to understand the way the company competes in the marketplace and serves customers through a new experience while learning a new function or discipline. PDP's prepare for future leadership roles by developing leadership skills through project leadership opportunities, formal and informal leadership development programs and opportunities to lead peers as appropriate.
