How can I change my address in your systems?
Once logged into your account, select “My Profile” followed by the option for “Change Address”.
How can I sign up for EFT or change by EFT Bank Account information?
Once logged into your online account, select the “Compensation” tab followed by the option for eStatements. Click on the yellow “Help” button. Next to the question “How do I update by existing EFT account,” select the “click here” link.
How can I complete contracting paperwork or request to be appointed with Unum?
If you have recently had a status change (name change, affiliation change, etc) or are looking to do business with Unum for the first time, please visit the following link to electronically complete our contracting and appointment paperwork. When can I expect to receive commissions?
Commission payments are dependent upon receipt of premium from the group/policyholder. If you are registered for EFT, compensation will be disbursed on a bi-weekly basis while check payments are issued on a monthly basis, once you have accrued a minimum of $500.
